Hi I’m Linda
I believe life is a journey, not a destination. I am one of those rare people who enjoys every stage of life and takes advantage of every challenge and opportunity to grow.
I believe the individual is left out of nutritional thinking.
There is no single meal plan that fits all lifestyles, circumstances, or health conditions. This is called bio-individuality and it’s the most important link to finding what works for each person.
I believe in listening, understanding, guiding, and supporting—not forcing change or staying with a plan that is not working. I helps work through the resistance that may prevent positive change.
My style is the perfect balance between practical and inspirational. With resources for expanding your health knowledge base and opportunities to put your learning into action, I provide guidance and gentle support as you make and sustain profound changes.

Linda believes life is a journey, not a destination. She is one of those rare people who enjoys every stage of life and takes advantage of every challenge and opportunity to grow.
Raised in Virginia, Linda’s mom taught her to respect the earth and its wondrous cycles. As a new mom, she brought her grounded perspective into her home and community, becoming a Board Certified Lactation Consultant and President of Parents and Children Together (PACT).
During her 13 years in these roles, and while raising three children, Linda earned the respect of local pediatricians who recognized her healthy, holistic approach to life and trusted her to work with their new moms.
Trained as a Learning Specialist, Linda founded, designed, and directed a program for middle school students at a local private school. Through loving motivational techniques grounded in brain-based learning strategies, students gained organizational and time management skills to use throughout life.
Also, as the Assistant Middle School Head, Linda was passionate about helping parents, students, and colleagues understand the role nutrition plays in behavior, learning, and sports.
Another dimension of her work involved a true journey—travel. Linda organized and led 20 annual trips to Europe for 8th graders. Linda traveled with over 1,000 students, parents, and faculty, where she was able to gently introduce an education on how to stay healthy, hydrated, and open to new food in addition to new thoughts, experiences, and cultures.
In addition to health and health education, Linda is “all about” life-long learning. She even did the coursework for a Doctorate in Higher Education. But a decision to leave the middle school coupled with what Linda might call an “allergy to what most people do when they retire” led Linda back to health.
Inspired to continue learning and growing, Linda attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and became a Board-certified Holistic Health Coach. Not only was the school a perfect fit for Linda’s interests, it allowed her to re-launch her career as an entrepreneur—one that had fed her soul earlier when she was the President of PACT and a self-employed lactation consultant.
Now, as an entrepreneur in the Health and Wellness Industry, Linda is a speaker, owner of a health coaching practice, co-founder of the WellBody-Lifestyle (an online nutrition and healthy lifestyle program), and coach to students from all over the world who are enrolled in IIN.
Linda was recently named one of the top three Health Coaches in the Washington, DC, area. In 2015, she worked with Congress and congressional staffers to understand the positive role that Health Coaches can have on today’s health care system.
For her private health coaching clients, Linda creates a personalized roadmap to health, using a holistic view of her clients’ lives. In addition to diet and food choices, Linda also considers factors like exercise, work, relationships, sleep, stress, environment, medical/family history, and lifestyle when coaching someone on how to create their health journey.
Love the journey with Linda Bourdelaise.
